Abstracts |
Ostryopsis davidiana is a special species in China, and is an advantageous shrub of the Daqing Mountain's weak ecological system. Cenococcum geophilum spread widely in the world and have strong adaptability, and can be isolated from the roots of O. davidiana. Inoculation of O. davidiana seedlings with mycorrhizas showed an infection rate of 67.2%, and that the mycorrhiza formed is the same as the wild mycorrhiza. The results show that C. geophilum has no obvious effect on the aboveground parts of O. davidiana, however, it promoted the growth of belowground diameter and roots. The root/shoot ratio under inoculation disposal is 2.18 times more than the comparative disposal. This may be the reason why O. davidiana can grow on Daqing Mountain while other plants do not. |
