Abstracts |
The effects of mowing, arbuscular mycorrhiza and P fertilizer on the growth of and competition between C. sinensis and S. gracilis [S. guianensis] under rhizobox culture were studied. All the treatments significantly reduced the inhibition of C. sinensis by S. gracilis, resulting in increased plant height, number of leaves, and dry matter. Mowing of S. gracilis had the greatest effect among the treatments, which resulted in the alleviation of competition in terms of nutrient accumulation. |
