Abstracts |
A study was conducted to characterize the macrofungi on the floating mats with Sphagnum from the Carpathian Basin. The most distinct mycorrhizal species in these habitats were: Laccaria laccata var. proxima, Cortinarius helobius, Russula laccata and Inocybe malenconi. The dominant saprobiont macrofungi in the Sphagnum habitat includes Hypholoma elongatum, Galerina paludosa and G. tibiicystis, while on floating meadows and scrubforests, Pholiota henningsi and Psathyrella typhae were dominant. On floating mats with Sphagnum, the number of mycorrhiza forming species exceeds the saprobionts by approximately 10%, while on floating meadows and scrubforests, the number of the saprobionts was more than double.. |
