The effect of interaction between Arbuscular mycorrhiza (AM, Glomus etunicatum) and Phytophthora infestans on the chemical composition of pepper [?Capsicum sp.] were investigated. Sugar (glucose, fructose and sucrose) contents were higher in the control and AM-inoculated seedlings than pathogen-inoculated ones. Free amino acids contents were highest in simultaneously inoculated seedlings.. |
