Abstracts |
Greenhouse studies were conducted to evaluate the quality and chemical composition of 2 sorghum cultivars, submitted to phosphate fertilizer application and mycorrhizal fungi. The treatments were 0 and 30 mg P and 30 mg P/dm3 + mycorrhizas. At 50 days after sowing, the plants were collected and the N, P, PB, MS, FDA and FDN contents of the aerial part were determined. In agreement with analyses of the variance for N of the PA, there was no interaction among the factors. However, the largest averages were obtained in the treatments that received 30 mg P and 30 mg P/dm3 + mycorrhizas. For the variables P and MS of the PA, interaction between the factors and the largest accumulation of P were verified in the 30 mg P/dm3 + mycorrhizas of the 304 hybrid and with the largest accumulation of MS in the treatment 30 mg P/dm3 + mycorrhizas in the cultivar GRF-IPA-730-1011. For PB, there was a difference between the treatments and the largest averages were also obtained in the treatment with 30 mg P/dm3 of P + mycorrhizas. For variable FDA, was not significant, not having differences among the treatments. For the variable FDN, a significant difference was observed for the cultivar and the largest averages were obtained in the 304 hybrid. |
