This paper summarizes research on the interaction between mycoheterotrophic (MH) plants (mainly orchids) and mycorrhizas (primarily species under Glomeromycota, Agaricomycetes and Pezizomycotina), and presents the possible factors leading to host specificity among MH plants. |
