Abstracts |
Ectomycorrhizal fungi were cultured in liquid medium with different nitrogen sources to study the effects of different nitrogen sources on growth and content of N, P and K in ectomycorrhizal fungi. The results showed that there was difference in nitrogen adaptability between different strains, Pt 715 strain grew well in the medium with NO3--N, and CgSIV and Bo014 strains both grew well in the medium with NH4+-N. There was significantly difference in the content of N, P and K between different nitrogen sources, the N and P content of all tested strains was the highest in the medium with organic N except P content of CgSIV strain in the medium with NH4+-N. The potassium content of Pt 715 and CgSIV strains was high in the medium with NO3--N. |
