Abstracts |
The acid fuchsin chain technology was applied on the histological study of 2 obligate parasitic fungi and their hosts. The infection progress and corresponding histology of Gymnosporangium yamadai infecting Chaenomeles lagenaria were described, as well as the interaction histology of vesicular arbuscular mycorrhiza (VAM) and Oxalis corniculata. VAM can infect the host from the root cap and form a mycelia net. |
